This is an in-depth training program for non-professional worker's compensation employees. This training teaches an overview of work comp and what they should be aware of when receiving treatment requests.
Among other things, the training will go over each state's requirements and how those requirements will affect how requests for treatments are considered, distributed and processed.
This training is also appropriate for professionals who need an over-view of the worker's compensation utilization review process, or, who are new to work comp.
The complete training program is 40 hours and concludes with a comprehensive 150-200 question exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, participants become certified for a period of 4 years.
