Pre-Authorization Requests (PAR) Services

We offer Staff Enhancement Services™ (SES) to health care providers for their worker’s compensation treatment requests. 

RCMS help providers simplify the utilization review process by providing information on how to successfully obtain treatment authorization. 

RCMS will review your requests and inform you of what modifications may be needed for certification. All reviews are completed by Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Case Managers (CCMs) who have a background, expertise and thorough understanding of Worker’s Compensation Utilization Review.

CERTIFIED PRE-AUTHORIZATION  REVIEW TECHNICIAN  (CPART™) 

Is an in-depth training program for work comp employees. The complete training program is 40 hours and concludes with a comprehensive 150-200 question exam. 

Upon successful completion of the exam, participants become certified for a period of 4 years. 

This program is also appropriate for LPNs/LVNs and RNs who are new to the worker's compensation utilization review process.
