Treatment Entry Support Services (TESS) is completed by experience LPNs/LVNs.  This is important because experienced medical professionals are handling the Pre-Authorization Requests (PARs) process from beginning to end.

TESS Expanded is a combination of TESS and Utilization Review Support Services

Utilization Review Support Services are completed by Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Case Managers (CCMs) whose knowledge and professionalism sets them apart from other less qualified utilization reviewers.

Pre-Authorization Review Technician Certification (CPART™ )

Is an in-depth training program for your non-professional worker's compensation employees.  The complete training program is 40 hours and concludes with a comprehensive 150-200 question exam.  Upon successful completion of the exam, participants become certified for a period of 4 years.
